Terms and Conditions of ICSP “My Customer Rules” Promotion.

  1. Information on how to enter ICSP’s “My Customer Rules” Promotion and the winning nominator’s prize form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. This promotion begins on the 23 May 2010 and finishes on the 27th September 2010
  3. Entry is open to customers who nominate a person or business whom they consider offers world class service and have been sent a My Customer Rules feedback card or been offered it via email.
  4. One entry per customer feedback requested will go into the $1000  prize draw. Total prize value is $1000.
  5. The Winner will receive a $1000 VISA Gift card.
  6. Customers enter their feedback via SMS or email. The entry cost will reflect standard SMS charges on the mobile network used.
  7. The Draw will be conducted on the 6 October 2010
  8. The Winner will be notified via phone within 7 days of the draw.
  9. The draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP Level 1, 1 Queens Road Melbourne 3004
  10. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter's decision is final.
  11. The Winner's name will be displayed at the reception deck of ICSP and the promoter
