Terms and Conditions of ICSP “My Customer Rules” Promotion.
- Information on how to enter ICSP’s “My Customer Rules” Promotion and the winning nominator’s prize form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
- This promotion begins on the 23 May 2010 and finishes on the 27th September 2010
- Entry is open to customers who nominate a person or business whom they consider offers world class service and have been sent a My Customer Rules feedback card or been offered it via email.
- One entry per customer feedback requested will go into the $1000 prize draw. Total prize value is $1000.
- The Winner will receive a $1000 VISA Gift card.
- Customers enter their feedback via SMS or email. The entry cost will reflect standard SMS charges on the mobile network used.
- The Draw will be conducted on the 6 October 2010
- The Winner will be notified via phone within 7 days of the draw.
- The draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP Level 1, 1 Queens Road Melbourne 3004
- Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter's decision is final.
- The Winner's name will be displayed at the reception deck of ICSP and the promoter
